option 1


resident station rental: $1000/month/person -or- split up to 3 ways ($550/2 people, $375/3 people)

includes: 24/7 access to private, ground floor studio; high-quality compostable supplies; 3rd floor creative space, rooftop, kitchenette, locker


option 2


alternatively, residents can stay at our guest commission rates:
20% when making over $200/day
15% under $200
10% under $100

Black and Indigenous tattooer commission rates: 
15% when making over $200/day
10% under $200
5% under $100


Note: Our intention with not having a commission cap is to offer a lower sliding scale commission rate for Black and Indigenous tattooers. 5% of any/all studio profits are redistributed in the form of mutual aid. Residents who would like to help balance out the sliding scale, who have access to generational weath & are secure in their resources, we welcome 25%
