Each of our artists set individual rates, but generally range between $150-$250 per hour. Flash prices are listed with each option when an artist releases new designs.
Most artists prefer cash, others may accept digital payment via Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or PayPal. Ask your artist directly.
Tips are generally not required, but always greatly appreciated by your artist. A good rule of thumb is to tip as you would at a restaurant. Your satisfaction will be reflected in the percentage you choose. Other forms of tips are often appreciated! Check in with your artist first.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, unless under unforeseeable circumstances, but will carry over to your next appointment if you’re unable to make it and notify your artist within 72 hours of your appointment.
Yes! We take walk-ins every Tuesday from 12 pm - 8 pm at 818 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014.
The state of California prohibits artists from tattooing anyone under the age of 18, even with parental/guardian permission. We can only accept government-issued, not expired, IDs such as driver’s licenses, driver’s permits, and passports for those over 18.
This is personal preference for each artist, however we do have a few artists skilled in tattoo reworks and cover-ups. We recommend asking the artist you're interested in working with about their comfortability with this request.
You’re more than welcome to bring in your own design, however it might be necessary to make minor adjustments to the design to make it more suitable for becoming a tattoo, and to not plagiarize other artists' work.
Absolutely! We also offer free color tests to see how various ink pigments will heal under different skin tones. Tattooing offers constant learning opportunities for our artists, and it’s important to us to expand our experience in tattooing all skin tones/types.
A positive tattoo experience starts wth self care at least a few days to several weeks before the appointment. Here are some things you can do to make getting a tattoo a little easier:
- Avoid excessive alcohol use and/or benders.
- Get extra sleep.
- Wake up to a healthy morning routine with a hearty breakfast, shower, and moisturized skin.
- Wear comfy, loose fitting clothes to your appointment, and feel free to bring a book or headphones to listen to something if you think you could benefit from a distraction (our artists won’t mind if you need to get into your own headspace and be silent).
- You can bring snacks and beverages if your tattoo session is expected to be long, but also keep in mind that we’re stocked with complimentary snacks, water, tea and coffee if you need a pick-me-up.
Nope! We encourage you to let your tattoo artist handle shaving during your appointment because any nicks or cuts in the area to be tattooed could post-pone your appointment until it heals.
